"I booked and paid for this journey and received an email in confirmation I was even charged a booking fee. This driver never turned up or contacted me. I finally got hold of ‘Abdullah’ at taxi code who gave me a number for the driver 02078701212. This number does not exist. I also phoned Bilik Limited and the phone rang off each time at least 3 times. This resulted in me having to pay for another taxi, cheaper I might add. I am demanding that the fee you charged me is reimbursed as soon as possible "
